PCOS insight

I’m 31 years old 5’3 and I weight 140 lbs and I think I might have pcos. When I was a teen I had very irregular periods, at 19 I had a vaginal ultrasound and I was told I had cysts in my ovaries. I was put on BC and eventually I came off of it. My periods are now regular 32 days and they come every month. I started charting last month and I am not even sure if my chart looks normal or not or if I even ovulated.

My OPKs were positive for 3 days after peak and after that they started to be negative but I always had a very visible line. I’ve tracked my CM and it goes from creamy to sticky, to egg white to watery.

I started ttc just last month, but I certainly want to know if I have this diagnosis as early as possible so I know exactly what to do. I made an appt with my doctor for Tuesday. I want to see if maybe I can get another ultrasound and hormone blood work. I’ve heard an ultrasound is not the way to diagnose and blood work is definitely needed. Do you guys have any insights based on my OPKs and my fertility chart?

Thank you in advance :)
