Has anyone on here sued for medical malpractice for a labor and delivery that resulted in cosmetic damage and emotional trauma? My last delivery was 3 weeks ago and VERY emotionally traumatizing. My Dr was horrible and my experience was horrible and I don't want anyone else to go through that. I've got a lawyer looking at my case, and they're supposed to get back with me Monday. This labor was so horrible that I can't ever have another baby. I'd like to have the option, but I think getting fixed would be my best option because I wouldn't be able to go through that again.
