Swollen labia

First of all I know, i'm going to the doctor but the appointment is so far away (2weeks). So my labia, not the "first lips" but the flops have swollen, it like itches a lil but it hurtsss to walk, sit and stuff. How to reduce the swelling??? Anyone had this problem? The swelling started like 1 day ago and hasn't gotten any better.

I haven't had sex so no stds nor pregnancy, I'm on my period right now, no weird smell or discharge (idk like i'm currently on my period so...) Help 😣
