Is this normal?

My 2 week old spits up out of her nose and mouth whenever we lay her down after a feeding. I make sure she is burped and I keep her upright in my arms for about 30 minutes after each feed even the late night feeds but after she is put down on her back she starts to spit up out of her mouth and nose and I constantly have to jump out of my bed and run over to her because it sounds like she’s choking. It’s scary. I’m losing more sleep each night because after I feed her I stay up with her and then even when I lay her down I don’t sleep until I feel like she’s good and before I know it times time to feed her again. I’ve changed formulas and bottles already and at this point I don’t know what else to do.
