I’m pretty sure my one year old is waking at night due to separation anxiety. She cries when I put her to bed unless I stay in the room until she falls asleep. She has started waking once or twice a night screaming at the top of her lungs. She calms when I come in but it’s difficult to get her ack to sleep. She will open her eyes and pop her head up to check I’m still there. I spent an hr with her at 2 am this morning. I know it’s normal for her age right now. How do help her through this I’m exhausted and need sleep and she gets so upset in the night when she wakes my poor girl.
