Feeling of having to pee and pelvic pain

I’m thirty six weeks and two days. And I just started feeling the urgency to pee and when I go pee, barely anything comes out. I have a lot of pelvic pain when I walk. Anyone else having anything like that? Are these signs of labor? I’m scheduled for a c section on the 29th. Wondering if he’s gonna try coming early though.
