Do you believe “I didn’t know I was pregnant” stories and why/why not?

I’m very pregnant right now at 37 weeks. I’m currently watching “90 day fiancé: the other way” and this sweet girl on it claims she had no idea she was pregnant until she went into labor at full term. I did some googling and read some stories about girls who didn’t know they were pregnant. I’m not sure how that is even possible, to be honest. Even if you are heavier, and don’t experience periods, is it possible to never feel a kick? Some of my baby’s kicks are so strong they even make me burp. I have a theory that some of these “I didn’t know” girls got pregnant in what they would consider “shameful circumstances” and hide it up until an actual baby is born, then play dumb. “I had no idea!”

Did any of you genuinely not know you were pregnant and not suspect a thing?
