Painful letdown? HELP
So I recently started getting extremely painful letdowns and I never use to have painful let downs. My boobs have also been sore near the nipples but like deep down in the muscles almost? Also tender, just wondering if anyone had this symptom and got a bfp or if your first postpartum period started?
