Epidural causing back pain

Has anyone else had a spinal block or epidural then a year late had really bad back pain, it’s feels so tight when lying down at the bottom of my back, I have had 1 spinal used for twin c-section and 1 epidural 5 years later but the pains in my back are so tight and waking me through the night, also had numbness in my right hand/arm a couple times. Seen a doctor but haven’t been much help, so just wondering if other mommy’s have had the same?.
