Mono twins?

So I just found out that I'm having mono twins. I've been doing a lot of research and am super nervous. Anyone else been through this? Tia.

My mono twins are officially 2 weeks old 😊. I know it's hard not to google lol but google is not your friend in thus case... i was so nervous after i researched. Honestly it's just more monitoring so you will have ultrasounds every 2 weeks until 28 weeks and see and mfm about the babies development.. after 28 weeks its every week . Also,  expect to be inpatient between 24 to 28 weeks where they will monitor the babies heart rates throughout the day. 
Delivery is always a c section and is between 32 and 34 weeks if all goes well. 
Don't stress and take your pregnancy one day at a time... just think about the little blessings you are carrying.

Im having mono twins as well. Identical twin girls. Im almost 18 weeks and a lottle tired but feeling fantastic. I did alot of research on them as well and scared myself crapless with alot of info, but i asked my high risk ob about everything i worried about and he has been great at assuring me that as long as im n ot reckless during my pregnancy that more likeley then not everything goes as it should and my body knows how to nurture and grow them both properly and my worry is only unneeded stress. They keep a closer watch on you then with normal twin pregnancys just tobbe sure that everything is progressing correctly and that of something does go wrong that they are able to catch it in adequate time to take steps needed to help it. My best advice is just dont worry. And thats coming from a first time mommy so i know its hard!

Mono mono can be a little more risky and it means you'll be watched more carefully. We are mono-di (sharing a placenta by separate sacks) so not as high risk as yours (I know there's a risk of cords getting entangled).I have had ultrasounds every week since 20 weeks to monitorgrowth (so one doesn't start to steal the nutrients from the other) and now I'm at 28 weeks and have started non stress tests once a week.
