Follicles

On friday had my 6 day scan to check how my stims were going and I was disappointed with the follicles counted.

There was a total of 7... 3 on the left side and 4 on the right... Most were measuring at 14-15 mm with one measuring 20mm... my endometrial thickness is measuring 10mm.

This is my very first cycle so I guess I am just looking for some reassurance. And wanting to know if things can improve and I can see an increase of follicles on my next scan on Monday.

Edit: I’m 27 with an AMH of 13.7
