Just made a post on it. I used Mustela Cleansing water and California baby calendula cream. Cleared in 5 days

Looks like baby acne. Totally normal. You could use some breast milk on it, but they outgrow it in the next few weeks

My baby has this pretty badly too, I changed to fragrance free lotion and soap and use tubby todd ointment and it cleared it up.
