Premie 34 week does car seat need a newborn snug seat?

This is the car seat I have. I’m going to be induced at 34 weeks. Will I need a newborn snug seat for the car seat or is this good?

You should never add anything to a car seat. Use only what it comes with from the manufacturer. That said, the insert that comes with the Mesa is designed so babies as small as 4lbs can ride safely. It’s a great seat!

Absolutely my son was born at 33+6 and even with a newborn insert the carseat ate him up
