Sleeping schedule is OFF 😣
I know everyone is still getting used to a routine for sleep after COVID and the lockdown. I returned back to work early last month and I usually don’t get back until midnight or later.
It’s now screwing up my new sleep schedule so when I have days off, I’m up until after midnight and can’t get out of bed fully awake until 11am or noon. Any tips? Getting NyQuil this week to help.
