What's going on

Okae ladies I need some help or insight since drs office is like limited here

I was on depo for like 3/4 years and few more after my oldest then I got fed up with my random bleeding months at time . . So after that was like 2 1/2- 3 months between no bc then here comes IUD even thou heard horror stories I lasted 3/4 months with that in was set to low my dr said now been prob 3-5 months nothing in my system but I keep getting random bubbles in my tummy and feels like something is sitting low in my stomach yess I have taken tests after test and they turn negative but feels like I leak very easy all of sudden even just laughing feels like I might pee myself like when I was pregnant with my other two 🙄🤨 wth is going on?
