Pregnancy after a misscarage

Ok mamas out there. A year ago I had a missed misscarage.. I went into my 12 week appointment to find out our little angle baby didn’t have a heart beat.. and proceeded with a d&c... well I am pregnant again and very very happy! My 4 year old is already so happy and hugs and kisses the baby all the time! But I am beyond terrified that something is going to happen again... I’m so terrified that if I complain about simple pregnancy stuff.. like morning sickness or fatigue... that I’m putting bad karma on myself... is that a normal feeling for pregnancy after misscarage?
