I’d try and clean that out with cooled boiled water with a little bit of salt, some antiseptic cream and keep it dry until you can get to your paediatrician!

Normally I’d say wait, but that’s really infected. I’d take him to a pediatric urgent care if you have one. If not, call the dr and speak to whoever is on call
