My baby used to eat 5 times a day off the breast for 35 minutes (20 on one side and 10 on the other) pretty consistently since birth. A couple weeks ago (now 5 months old) she started eating for less time, like 15 on one and 10 on the other. Now we are at the point where she is will only eat on one side for 8 minutes and won’t take the other breast.

Do you think she’s just more efficient? Or she’s eating less? We did introduce 2tbs of oatmeal with 2oz of breast milk once a day a couple weeks ago.
