I can see a difference. Your belly is shaped different. But since you are 33 weeks now the baby is probably in position which (at least for me anyway) changed the shape of my belly a lot. The baby was probably sitting farther out when you were 23 weeks so it just looks like you haven't changed much because the baby changed :) that's how it was for my first. It literally looked like my belly was shrinking
