I’m in labor, dilated to a 10, but baby wont drop in pelvis

Im 40+2. I’m in labor! I woke up at 4 am in pains. By 8 I called labor and delivery for contractions every 3 mins for 1 min long. They told me to wait to come in. About 20 mins later I threw up and peed myself at the same time. I came in and was dilated a 6 at 9am. Then by 12 I was a 8 and demanding an epidural. I got to a 10 shortly after and I STILL haven’t delivered. She won’t drop into my pelvis so they told me to wait so I wouldn’t need to push as much. At 7pm we tried pushing but the contractions were every 5 mins. So they started pitocin and left. Now there’s all these shift changes and I’m sitting here again...

My water bag popped when I pushed and sprayed the midwife in the face. There’s meconium in the water so now I’m freaking out that she will aspirate it and die and meanwhile I’m sitting here...

Does anyone have advice to make baby drop??
