Overeating/addicted to food?

Let me just start out by saying I’ve never been seriously overweight. The most I’ve been is 190s while pregnant. I’m 10 weeks pp right now. I’ve struggled with my body for years. Every single week I’d attempt to start a new “diet.” I’ve only been successful once and got down to 139. I always crash as soon as I get hungry. Then usually end up eating a TON because I was hungry. I know I can eat way less and be fine, my body has plenty of fat on it to burn for energy but I’m so weak!

Has anyone ever struggled to lose weight because they’re obsessed with food? I hate healthy food and I love junk food. I want to lose 40 pounds to get down to 135 which isn’t even that much but I’m Struggling. Does anyone have any tips to help curb a crazy appetite?!
