New here, looking for insight

Hello ladies! I’m new to this community, looking for insight if anyone can provide any. I was intimate a week ago. The Day after in the evening i started getting some pretty intense cramping accompanied with right side abdominal pressure for 3 days straight, non-stop. It’s subsided now. I’m ovulating still. The last 3 days the right side now has a pinching-sensation, kind of like a needle is poking me from the inside. I’m convinced I’m not pregnant, not that I’m Not planning - I am, it just seems that if these are super early signs that I have conceived, I feel that it all happened really fast! I know everyone’s body is different but just curious if anyone else has experienced this and found that they were pregnant. I have an appointment in 3 days with my doctor to run some tests and rule out anything, but after Sooooo much googling and looking up signs in the internet, this seems to be the only things that could explain it. I don’t know, I guess we will see. Any thoughts? Please
