I’m bad at this..

Should I (24f) just straight up ask this man (25m) I’m talking to if he’d like to hang out again? Our last date was Wednesday and he texted me (I decided to go silent) on Friday.

When he texted me about the earring I expected the follow up text to be to the essence of “I will give it back to you then I don’t want to pursue this further” but it never came. We’ve been talking/snapping on and off since then and I thought for sure the cinnamon roll bake off thing would be an open door for him to pursue.

Should I just ask if he’d like to hang out again, or wait for him to do it?
