Anyone else had a c section and feeling like you are taking forever to heal?

I had a c section June 19th and my bladder ended up tearing due to some scarring I had from previous c section. I had to wear a catheter for the first two weeks and I felt a relief when it was taken off but I still feel like I walk like a turtle and I’m still in pain although I’m no longer taking any pain medication only Tylenol when I absolutely need it. I don’t know I just feel like I’m not healing as fast as I did with my first.
