Ovulation bleeding or period again?!?

Okay, so I had my IUD taken out almost a month ago. I had my first period last Thursday and it lasted 5 days. Since I’m not sure how my cycle works anymore, I started ovulation tests on Wednesday and it came out positive. Now I am on my 5th day of positive ovulation tests and the line just keeps getting darker. My husband and I did the baby dance last night and I woke up to potty and wiped and there was blood. The blood got heavier, so I put a tampon in and when I took it out there wasn’t barely anything on it. So I kept it out for a while and just kept having spots of blood come out all day. I also got morning sickness all of a sudden this morning but there’s no way I’m pregnant yet. Please help!! Is this another period or ovulation bleeding?
