Vitamin e capsules
Vitamin e is suppose to be good for fertility so I took a capsule today. I then researched the capsule and I’m nervous to continue to take it. I guess vitamin e should not exceed more then 400 iu a day if you do it can lead to death? That with my vitamin would throw me over.
I read it in “it starts with an egg” that it would be good for my fertility to take it.
