Foot numbness and tingling

I am 9 weeks 2 days today and I’ve noticed my left foot randomly falls asleep or feels numb. I haven’t been very active today so I am wondering if that’s it but I am concerned. Is anyone else experiencing this or has experienced it? I’m a first time mom so everything scares me!
