My boyfriend and I have been trying for about 3-4 months now with no luck at conceiving.

He has a 10 year old daughter and I have an 8 year old son, both from previous relationships.

I am 33 and he is 35.

I do not smoke cigs or drink.

He smokes cigs and we both do smoke a little pot once in a while.

He also does not drink.

I am very active during the day with a pretty hands on job that keeps me active most the day.

We both really want to expand our family and I am getting upset that it hasnt happened yet.

Please and tips or suggestions would be great.

We both drink quite a bit of soda which I am planning to cut down on as I have read that it can be a cause for not conceiving.

I am open to all tips and suggestions
