Spotting and light bleeding is pretty normal in early pregnancy.

I agree, go have your hormone checked. They can verify if the pregnancy is progressing or "failing" by how the numbers look. They will likely have you come in two or 3 times every ither day (i had to do this once)

Contact your doctor. They will probably tell you to wait and see what happens because is super early. But at least they can do blood work to track the hormone and Let you know if is rising correctly. If is, then the bleeding should go away. Line is pretty dark though. I really hope is nothing. A lot of women have red light bleeding and is nothing. But can’t be sure until time pass by.
