I was diagnosed with IBS a month ago. I’m always nauseas & constipated & TMI but my stool has a lot of green/yellowish mucus but here just recently I’ve struggled with bad stomach pains & diarrhea every time I eat something. That lasted about 11 days & then I went back to nausea & constipation. Except today I woke up with really bad stomach cramps again. My period is in 5 days & ive read that IBS can get worse during periods.

My dr said people with IBS will usually experience constipation with nausea then it will switch to stomach cramps & diarrhea. Im honestly thinking about going to another dr to get a second opinion. Anyone on here with IBS who has experienced similar symptoms?
