How quickly OPK’s can change

Just wanted to give any of you ladies a little personal experience on how quickly opk’s can go from negative to PEAK within hours... I am clearly an obnoxious obsessive lady here testing throughout the day today. Normally I test once in the later morning and then again later in the evening. But today I felt the quick sharp pinch on my left ovary and then a few random cramps and I knew it was time! Sooooo don’t give up hope with all those negative POK’s.
