So I’ve been ttc for 5 months now and nothings happening , what can I do that may help? (Side note: I had my right Fallopian tube removed back in February because of some complications and I have 1 child already)

I mean, youre young and 6 months isn't too long in the grand scheme of TTC unfortunately.  I know it can feel forever already! 
Some of the basics are take Prenatals to help your body prepare, drink plenty of water and get some exercise in. If you arent already, Tracking your BBT or Ovulation via ovulation strips definitely help.
