Do I just ask her if she’s comfortable going?

I have a wedding venue tour scheduled in another state with my mom and FMIL. My fiancé is in another state working so they’re both coming to support me. 
My mom and FMIL were fine going, but now my moms having second thoughts due to covid. Says that if she goes she cannot see my grandmother for a few weeks. Also said cases are on the rise in that state, but when looking at a graph they’ve been up and down for a week. Currently they’re up. 
My mom then tells me to ask my FMIL and see what she thinks. The venue has 4 dates left and I don’t want them to get taken, I also don’t want to put a deposit down site unseen. 
Should I just ask her if she’s comfortable going?

It sounds like she’s not comfortable going. If it were me I would tell her if she’s not comfortable
going you completely understand. I’d tell FMIL that your mom isn’t going bc she isn’t feeling comfortable about it but I wouldn’t cancel unless both are uncomfortable.
