Pain when sneezing ?

Question

So I was laying on my side to go to sleep and I had to sneeze so I bent my knees a little bit. When I sneezed, I felt a VERY sharp pain in my lower right abdomen that caused me to yell out. 
I’m worried that I might have hurt my baby or injured my uterus in some way. It may seem silly but it was really painful. 
Has this ever happened to anyone?

From what ive read it’s round ligament pains. Happens to me too

Ligament pain it’s normal mention it’s to your doctor if the pain cause you to get light headed or see spots though

Everytime I sneeze I have to hold the bottom if my stomach or I get pains. I'm only 16w6d

It is round ligament pain and normal after a sneeze or cough when pregnant. I’ve had several already. Scary at first but you are fine.

This happens to me quite often when I sneeze in the same area. Lower abdomen right side
