Does anyone know how to read blood tests?

My results: 
TSH: 1.98
FSH: 37.9
LH: 18.3
Prolactin: 7.8
Progesterone: <0.5
Androstenedione: 5.7 
Testosterone: 1.0
38yo this test was done on day 21 (yesterday) Haven’t spoken time my dr yet, because she prob doesn’t have the results yet. And I’m going a little insane trying to figure out if this is good bad or ugly! Please help!!

I dont know most of the others, but assuming you might ovulate on CD14 (if a 28 day cycle) for progesterone 7 days later to be under 9 means it would be difficult for an egg+sperm to implant. So not sure if that means your corpus luteal cyst isnt forming or just means it isnt producing the progesterone needed. Definitely something to ask the doctor about.

Hi, please ask your doctor to explain these results to you. I can share from my own fertility journey and knowledge what I know: usually fertility testing is done on cycle day 3. also, estrogen and fsh need to both  measured in addition to AMH to get an idea of the ovarian reserve. TSH appears good - below 2.5.
In general your FSH appears high - on cycle day 3, it should be ideally under 10. In any case, don’t be discouraged- your body is more than just numbers. Good luck in your TTC journey!!
