Is Plan b effective

I’m on the 6th out of 7 day of my fertile window I had unprotected sex 3 days ago so on the 10th. So I took a plan b on the morning of the 11th will this still cause pregnancy? Also I think <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> says My ovulation day is in the 13 which is today. I need awnsers please helppp!!
