Lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks of going plant based
15 lbs down in a little over 3 weeks, husband has lost 16 lbs. Been also walking 1-2 miles per day.
This is not a diet, this is definitely a lifestyle. We're eating whole natural foods. Meat, egg and dairy free. Hardly any sugar besides pure maple syrup. I really think this is the way to go ladies.
