I took my baby in for an appointment today for something unrelated, but the Dr asked about feeding and spitting up, and came to the conclusion she thinks he’s colicky and has reflux (I do agree). She recommended I put books(?!) under the head of his bassinet to incline him slightly and help. I’ve seen wedges that go under the baby’s mattress to help incline the head, and was wondering if anyone’s ever used it and what the results were? I’m a little on the fence because I thought they were unsafe but I also don’t see how books under a bassinet is much safer.
