I’m just looking for suggestions or advice for help with my 9 month old. He has to be held by me at all times and I can’t leave his sight or he screams and cries. I’ve tried baby wearing but he’s very heavy, I’m petite and I have bad back problems. I made an appointment with a chiropractor because it’s getting so bad that a lot of the time if I pick him up my back spasms and I can’t stay standing because it hurts so bad. he’s pulling up on everything and does an army crawl but I don’t know how to get him to be okay playing on his own for a little bit. I need a break, i feel burnt out and I have a two year old as well who needs my attention too. are there any chairs, walkers, etc someone could recommend or advice for me?
