I’m 13 and I’ve had my period for a little over a year now. I started trying out cups around 3-4 months after my first period so I would say whenever you feel comfortable to give it a try. (If you contact the developer and ask for a sample, they can give you a model to try, it has holes in the bottom so it’s not a real one but it’s great to see what size you should be getting and what shape you like best. I've had my period for 13 years and this is my favorite period product, hands down. I've never been able to use tampons due to the shape of my vaginal canal being abnormal because I have a retroverted uterus. Because of this, I was apprehensive about trying a menstrual cup at first. I usually have a pretty light to moderate flow and the smaller cup is perfect. I wear a liner just in case, but I've never had a leaking issue with my cup. It's really soft, flexible, comfortable, and easy to use. My top tip is to time the insertion and/or removal for in the shower because the hot water helps your muscles relax, you can wash it in the shower, and just re-insert it before you get out. 10/10 recommend!

i personally still use tampons but i hear really good things about this company. i would say whenever u feel ur ready. menstrual cups are a lot different from tampons so it’s up to when ur comfortable.
