Bleeding on birth control

I’ve been taking birth control for a little bit over a year now and I have never had unusual bleeding before. I normally just bleed when taking placebos. My placebo week is next week and I had some light bleeding when I went to the bathroom just barely. It was very light bleeding it was pink blood but still a bit concerned because this hasn’t happened before. I skipped last months placebo week and just went straight into active pills but I’ve done this many times before sometimes two months in a row without issue. Could it be a sign of pregnancy?
