How are you planning on announcing?

I’m looking for ideas on how to publicly announce baby #2. We already told family and close friends. I plan to use a letter board. That’s all I got for right now. Let’s hear those ideas!!

We’ll pose my son with a letter board that says “I may be little but I’m going to be a big brother!” He’s only 10 months 😬 We’ve been using a Big Brother t shirt to announce to our families in person.

We don’t “publicly” announce but I have a letter board too. I’m planning on having it say “we thought we had all the protection we needed” and photograph it with masks, hand sanitizer, and Clorox wipes and text it to a few people saying “we failed at social distancing. Baby number 2/big brother duty coming in February”. That is assuming everything is healthy and OK. First ultrasound Thursday and I don’t have great feelings.

When we got pregnant with our now 7 month old we used a onesie that said player 3 has entered the game. This is how we’re announcing it to the rest of our families for baby #2

For my second we just did a picture of my husband and I kissing our sons cheek while he held the ultrasound photos. For this baby I have shirts that say Big and Middle and then they will hold a onesie that says Little.

We bought a digital baby announcement off of Etsy… I think it was like $15 which would have been the cost of the letter board and it was all digital editing. ￼
