Maybe call your doc and see if you can get in tomorrow. Better to get some real answers sooner rather than later. Everything very well could be fine, but your doc might put you on “pelvic rest” which means no sex for a few weeks.

Definitely get checked for peace of mind, but all the medical journals say there is no risk whatsoever and that having sex can actually be beneficial, so try not to overthink that you've done something wrong.
