Anxiety kicking in BIG TIME
Have my first prenatal visit on the 28th when Im around 10 weeks and 1 day but will not have an US that day will only be able to hear heartbeat through the Doppler I have to wait until I hit 12 weeks for my US! This wait has me really anxious. Completely different from my first pregnancy i had my US at 6 weeks when I was pregnant with my daughter 😩 any tips on what I can do to keep my mind occupied and not worry so much?
