HELP !!!

What could this mean? I’m sexually active not a lot but maybe every week but I’m on birth control the pill and I take it correctly, didn’t miss a pill. I’m supposed to get my period on the 23rd but I got something like this yesterday and I had kinda the same thing last month when I was supposed to get my period and I’m just really worried and I can’t go to my doctor who gave me the pills because it was from the school clinic and they’re closed I’m pretty sure. It’s like discharge and a little blood ? If that makes sense
