So we had sex you know and it was like about 8months ago we where together and things where going great then he just left me like nothing. Now he wants to be together again and not use me what should I do?

Unless he has a valid reason for just getting up and bouncing for instance; he got lost in the Amazon jungle or something I would be very hesitant to get back with him! My ex used to do this all the time and it’s kind of like a test in some ways if he just rocks up and says “I want you back” and you just say “yes,” this will teach him that he doesn’t really need to respect you because you make it so easy for him to display poor behaviour and you’ll put up with it by taking him back. He’ll also learn that he can leave in the future again and come back whenever he pleases. 
You know you have respect for yourself so either give him one more chance and if he continues with poor behaviour actually mean it by ending it if he does it again or just say yeah nah thanks and move the fuck on! Ain’t nobody got time for that!

If he left you out of nowhere last time and doesn’t have a hell of a good explanation (meaning someone died, mental health crisis) then you’re better off without him. If he really cared about you I don’t think he would let you go that easily
