Bleeding while on continuous pill

Hello. I’ve been on the continuous pill (no placebo/iron pills) for the past couple years and I haven’t had a period for over a year. I have endometriosis and the last two or three times I’ve had sex with my partner, I’ve bled and the last time it was a lot more than usual and bright red and liquidy. The other two times were just light pink. I freaked out cause I haven’t seen blood come out of there in years and I don’t know if it means I’m pregnant or if my endometriosis is coming back or something else. What do you think?

(Gonna ask a doctor soon but wanted to know ASAP)
