Is this normal!!?

I’m jealous that my baby won’t be the “baby of the family anymore” as 2 in laws are having babies very soon. I’m jealous that the focus won’t be on my 14 month daughter and my MIL will be more in love and focused on these 2 newborns on the way that will be living with her. 
Strange I know.
Is this normal feeling?

There’s no reason to be jealous. You should be excited that your child will have cousins to play with!

My daughter was my parents 6th grandchild and then 3 months later #7 came along and then #8 should be here any day now. I don’t feel like my parents love one more than the other. They love them all the same and try to spend one on one time with each of them. She’s my husband parents first grandbaby so she gets plenty spoiled from them.

I think it’s normal to worry about stuff like that. But just remember that grandparents, like parents, have an infinite amount of love and even if sometimes theyre focusing on another grandkid it’s doesn’t mean they don’t love yours less or they won’t get any attention from them anymore. 
My son was grand baby #10 for my in-laws. After him there was another grand baby born (born 3 weeks after my son), and #12 was just born yesterday. I’ll be having #13 (and from the sounds of it, the last grand baby for them. We all feel like we’re most likely done after this one) and non of the other 9 grandkids feel like they don’t get enough attention from grandma and grandpa. Each gets their own special attention from them when appropriate. 
And also, it’s great for your children to have cousins to play with. It’s totally normal to worry that one will be the favorite, I was the same way when my SIL told us she was pregnant and due shortly after me. I was worried everyone would prefer her daughter over my son because they all said they wanted more girls (at the time there were 4 girls and 5 boys; now it’s 6 boys and 7 girls once my baby is born in December so they get their wish of having more girls lol) and I was having a boy. But I’ve found that even though I had that fear that my son wouldn’t get enough attention, that it’s so far from the truth. He is so loved by his grandparents and all his aunts and uncles. The cousins love him the same and all enjoy watching him grow and play. Maybe it’s just my family, but in my experience your fears are typically so far from what actually plays out.

My son is baby number 12th in the family lol and there is a 13th on the way lol. Honestly I was more jealous recently thinking my mom got to be a hands on grandma to my step siblings kids and her own biological children and grandchildren because of her stroke and paralysis. I am grieving that really hard. As I know she is. My father passed away a year before his 3 grandchildren were born so for us it is really hard.

I used to feel like this before I had a baby. I always though how fun it would be for people to fuss over me and my baby. But personally, I am so done... how I would like for the spotlight to be on someone else. Im tired of overbearing family teaching me how to raise my kid

Not something I would experience but I hate when the attention is on me or my kids. I don’t want my sisters procreating right now but when it happens I’ll definitely be all over those baby snuggles.

I personally didn't care. My sister's daughter and my daughter are three months apart and my sister lives with my mom meanwhile I moved away. My parents spoil her like crazy but truthfully I don't care and neither do the babies. They don't know what's going on so they won't care either.
