Is it more or less than you should have?

36 lb. but honestly I think the suggested weight gain is bullshit. I haven’t eaten hardly ANYTHING unhealthy my entire pregnancy. I’ve drank nothing but water, eaten maybe 1 sweet per week IF that, cooked every meal using nutritious organic foods, and worked out 6 days a week until mid-3rd trimester when I moved to 4 days a week. I’m all belly/boobs and I’m still going to gain more as I’m only 35 weeks 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve gained 40 which is a lot more than my first time around (25) but with this pregnancy I haven’t exercised as much as I should have but I will say with this pregnancy I was super sick for the first 4 months so I lost a lot which probably has something to do with it. Not fully happy with myself but also not stressing over it too much 🤷🏼‍♀️
