Anyone here a nurse or doctor?

I’ve been feeling sick for over 2 weeks. My throat has been feeling swollen and it gets hard to breathe at times. I’ve had a dry cough and I was told that I have a lot of drainage in the back of my throat. My throat is also red and irritated and I’ve been getting headaches around the back of my head. I originally thought it was a sinus infection but the things I normally do for that hasn’t worked. I was also tested for Covid twice, both negative, I was tested for strep 3 times that was negative as well, tested for mono twice and only got one result back and it was negative, and they did a CBC test twice and again only one of those results is back and it was also negative. If the CBC was normal does that mean I don’t have some kind of virus or bacterial infection?
